If you and five friends could save the world, would you do it? No seriously, would you? Because you can. If San Francisco voters pass Prop H for a 100% clean energy future, we could save the world.
We are going to ask you to do something. It’s not going to be difficult. All you need to do is call five of your friends in San Francisco and convince them to vote for Prop H and convince them to do the same with five of their friends. With this historic grassroots effort we can reach tens of thousands of voters by election day and yes, save the world.
The globe is facing the threat of environmental and economic collapse.
100% Clean Energy just might save us. Repowering our electricity supply by switching on clean energy will create a new thriving green economy and start to reverse global warming.
This fall San Francisco voters have the opportunity of a lifetime. Prop H will make San Francisco a world-wide leader in the fight to prevent catastrophic climate change by requiring that we get 100% of our electricity from clean and renewable sources by 2040. If we do this here, it will spread to other cities, states and countries.
Isn’t this a no brainer, you may be asking yourself? Won’t everybody vote for Prop H? Why do I need to convince my friends to vote for it?
Because Pacific Gas & Electric Company is spending unprecedented millions upon millions of dollars to spread lies and fear so that San Franciscans won’t vote for Proposition H. PG&E is turning back the clock on clean energy. They have less renewable energy in their portfolio now than they did five years ago. They intend to keep burning fossil fuels until the planet dies.
So please join us in this historic grassroots effort to save the world. In just a few rounds of five friends calling five friends, we will reach more than enough voters to pass Prop H. Let’s prove to the world that PG&E can’t buy this election and deny us an environmetally and economically sound future.
